AUP is incorporated as a licensed general contractor that specializes in commercial building service maintenance since 1992. AUP was initiated in Augusta and has progressively expanded its services to cover the entire state of Georgia with a centrally located main office in the Macon area and an additional office in the Metro Atlanta area.  AUP has also progressively expanded their services from professional pressure washing to a host of general commercial building service maintenance from the ground up to the roof.

We continue to expand our services and team of associates to care for all the aspects of commercial building and property maintenance. Life and safety issues are immediately addressed and scheduled services are completed promptly. Over the past 20 years, AUP has worked along with tradesmen and specialists throughout Georgia. AUP’s on site managers and tradesmen are capable and prepared to respond to any needs that arise.

Our mission is to provide quality work promptly with limited impact.  With over 20 years of experience working with banking center managers, we are adept at working around the schedule of the facility and minimizing our visibility.  We focus on doing the job right the first time, eliminating the need for multiple visits.
